Freelance Presentation Designer

Mindrift is looking for a highly skilled Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project. In this role, you'll collaborate with Tendem Agents that handle repetitive tasks, while you provide the critical thinking, domain expertise, and formatting skills necessary to deliver beautifully designed, high-stakes presentations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields (plus)
• Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks
• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts
• Upper-intermediate (B2) or above English proficiency
• Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts
• Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfectness
• Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently
