We're looking for a skilled n8n Workflow Developer to join the Tendem project and contribute to building and optimizing automation workflows within our hybrid AI + human system.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in automation engineering, workflow development, integrations, or software development
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields is a plus
  • Strong experience with n8n, including self-hosted setups and workflow orchestration
  • Proven ability to design and manage complex automation systems across multiple tools and services
  • Solid background in API integrations, webhooks, and multi-system data synchronization
  • English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required)
