Electrical Engineer & Python Expert - Freelance AI Trainer

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer & Python Expert to design computational engineering problems to challenge a frontier AI model. The job involves picking an anchor tool, designing a problem, writing a Python reference solution, and testing the problem against the model in batches of parallel attempts. The role requires patience and expertise in Python and electrical engineering tools such as ngspice, scikit-rf, and python-control.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of research, applied, or teaching experience
• Python proficiency for writing reference solutions
• Fluency with — or strong willingness to independently learn — at least one scriptable electrical engineering package
• Ability to design problems that genuinely require a specialized solver
• Strong written English (C1+)
