Senior Integration Architect

Mindera is in search of a Senior Integrations Architect to join our dynamic team. In this strategic role, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced solutions that drive our client's technology evolution. You will be instrumental in crafting scalable and secure architectures that meet complex business needs while ensuring high performance and reliability.

This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, technical leadership, and a keen focus on transforming business objectives into technical solutions. You will guide the architectural vision and be a key player in stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and document complex integration architectures, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals and enterprise standards
• Lead the design and development of integration microservices, defining architectural patterns, best practices, and governance for their creation and management
• Architect and oversee projects to redesign and replace legacy integrations, transitioning them to modern, event-driven, or API-based solutions
• Act as a technical leader and subject matter expert for integration technologies, providing guidance to development teams and helping to resolve complex technical challenges
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the integration space, proposing innovative solutions and improvements to our architecture

Experience:

• Proven experience as an integration architect
• Have previously worked on integration microservices
• Hands-on experience working with or supporting teams building Java Spring Boot microservices
• Experience in using Kafka in an integration landscape
• Experience in redesigning legacy replacement integrations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex distributed systems
