Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented GWAC/IDIQ/BPA Manager to lead the administration and optimization of our General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), GSA Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), and other similar contract vehicles. In this role, you will ensure these agreements are effectively managed, fully utilized, and compliant with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in GSA regulations and procedures, as well as a strong understanding of multiple award and indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles, to support our Contracts and Quality teams with compliance, contract review, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering collaboration across departments, enabling our teams to identify, pursue, and secure Task Orders and other opportunities available through GSA and related contract vehicles, while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- GSA MAS Management: Oversee the maintenance and management of our GSA Schedule, including coordinating with OEMs and vendors to add, modify, or remove products/services from our schedule, update pricing as necessary, adding SINs, and support yearly reviews and/or audits.
- Other Contract Vehicle Management: Oversee the maintenance and management of one or more of our other contract vehicles, including coordinating with OEMs and vendors to add, modify, or remove products/services our contracts, update pricing as necessary, and support yearly reviews and/or audits.
- Strong Communication & Negotiation: Develop and maintain productive relationships with government personnel and customers, ensuring smooth contract negotiations and project collaboration
- Up-to-Date Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest changes in the FAR, GSA regulations, and other relevant government policies to ensure compliance
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Services teams to develop strategies for optimizing the use of our Multiple Award Contract and identifying new opportunities
- Primary Contact: Serve as the main liaison for all GSA contract-related matters, facilitating communication between vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Contract Review: Review commercial agreements, federal government awards, subcontracts, and related documents for risk mitigation, accuracy, and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing GSA Schedules, including reporting, modifications, fees, and subcontract plans, preferably within the IT industry.
- Expertise: In-depth understanding of GSA regulations, the FAR, DFAR, and other supplements, and government procurement processes.
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with GSA eBuy, GSA Advantage, and other contract management systems.
- Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in successfully navigating complex government contracts.
- Relationship Building: Experience working with government agencies and customers, with the ability to foster positive relationships, promote collaboration, and effectively resolve issues.
