As the Affiliate Sales Manager based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, you will play a pivotal role in expanding MGID’s affiliate network in the Latin American market, with a strong focus on attracting international affiliates to invest in Spanish-speaking inventory. This is an entrepreneurial role with the opportunity to shape a new market segment, leveraging your networking skills, industry insights, and strategic mindset to drive growth. The role offers remote work flexibility and the potential for a full-time employed position based on performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with international affiliates to promote Latin American Spanish-speaking inventory, focusing on non-traditional affiliate segments.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract affiliates and close deals independently.
  • Communicate the value of MGID’s digital technology within the global affiliate landscape, positioning LATAM inventory as a prime opportunity.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of affiliate leads, negotiating agreements that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with broader marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and affiliate performance, providing actionable insights to optimize revenue growth.
  • Manage media plans, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with campaign goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of affiliate interactions and activities using HubSpot.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to management, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Travel as needed to attend industry events and meet potential affiliates.

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • You bring 2+ years of experience in affiliate sales or business development, ideally within digital advertising or MarTech.
  • You understand performance marketing, online marketing KPIs, and emerging industry trends.
  • You are fluent in Spanish and communicate effectively in English, enabling you to connect with international partners.
  • You’re entrepreneurial and proactive, eager to shape a new market segment and drive strategic sales initiatives.
  • You excel in networking and negotiation, building lasting relationships with affiliates and partners.
  • You leverage data insights to refine strategies and drive performance outcomes.
  • You know how to identify and engage international affiliates, with a focus on LATAM markets.
  • You effectively present MGID’s value proposition, positioning LATAM inventory as a strategic opportunity.
  • You are familiar with performance marketing, AdTech, and MarTech, using these insights to support strategic initiatives.
  • You’re open to occasional travel for industry events and client meetings.
