This is a high-visibility role that sits at the center of our M&A activity, from sourcing and evaluating acquisition targets to supporting transaction execution and integration.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development or management consulting
- SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
- High level of self-sufficiency with strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Understanding of M&A processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Effectively manage relevant external vendors
