CARM ASSISTANT

Mercy Corps is seeking a CARM Assistant to support the implementation and adaptation of the Nigeria CARM strategy in WaSH and Nutrition projects. The successful candidate will divide their time between the continued establishment, maintenance, management, and adaptation of CARM implementation in deep field locations. The role requires excellent writing skills, experience in data collection and analysis, and knowledge of accountability frameworks and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• A minimum of NCE/OND or equivalent in a relevant field
• 1-2 years of related work experience with an international or local NGO
• Excellent writing skills in English, with languages such as Hausa and local languages a plus
• Proven experience in data collection, data-entry, data/information management and analysis
• Experience in developing or contributing to accountability frameworks, SOPs for feedback mechanisms
• Experience and/or training in handling sensitive information, including CHS, GBV, PSEA, and Child Protection
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate clearly and effectively at all levels
