About the role
We are looking to hire an experienced SAP Test Manager who will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our Quality Engineering (QE) and Development teams. As a SAP Test Manager, your primary responsibility will be leading and managing the testing activities for а SAP project within the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules and proven experience in managing end-to-end testing processes.
About the team
Our Quality Engineers are well-versed in the various dimensions of the QA process, including manual, automated, accessibility, performance, and compatibility testing. With in-house automation testing training and multiple knowledge-sharing and upskilling initiatives, our QA experts help create the next generation of software testing professionals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies considering project scope and resources
- Plan, prioritize, and execute testing activities for SAP projects, ensuring quality and timelines
- Translate client business requirements by converting their needs and objectives into actionable tasks and deliverables
- Organize and create test plans applying a structured approach to outline the testing strategy, objectives, scope, and execution details
- Implement test automation strategy to enhance efficiency by streamlining testing processes and improving test coverage
- Establish and manage defect resolution processes
- Coordinate performance testing to assess application scalability and reliability
- Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools
- Communicate effectively across multiple teams to ensure cohesion and collaboration
- Provide leadership and mentoring for SAP testing team members throughout the testing lifecycle
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record as a Test Manager
- Knowledge of XRAY Test Management or similar tools
- Strong understanding and practical experience of SAP modules, including FI/CO, MM, SD, or BASIS
- Proficiency in leading test projects, establishing test strategies, and managing end-to-end testing processes
- In-depth understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks
- Exceptional skills in team management, communication, and problem-solving
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in SAP test management will be considered a significant advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English
