We’re looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer (f/m/d) to streamline and scale how our go-to-market teams work. As part of the Revenue Operations team, you’ll design and implement automation and AI-powered solutions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships — helping us move faster, work smarter, and deliver better experiences.You’ll partner closely with teams to understand their workflows and build systems that reduce manual work, improve handoffs, and support scalable growth. What Makes You Special
- 5+ Years’ Experience. You’ve worked in technical roles supporting go-to-market teams in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments.
- Embedded Partner. You work hand-in-hand with GTM teams to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions that make their work easier and more impactful.
- Deep GTM Understanding. You know how high-performing GTM teams operate. You’ve automated lead routing, scoring, handoffs, onboarding, renewals, and other key workflows that drive revenue and retention.
- Systems Expertise. You’ve worked with GTM automation tools like Clay, Zapier, Make, and HubSpot Workflows. You’re comfortable using APIs, webhooks, no-code platforms, and scripting to connect systems and orchestrate end-to-end processes.
- AI-Powered Solutions. You’ve used platforms like OpenAI, Claude, and Perplexity to build AI-powered solutions that support GTM goals — whether through enrichment, prospect research, internal copilots, or personalized content at scale.
- Process Optmization. You identify friction across the GTM funnel — from lead acquisition to post-sale engagement — and design automation that removes blockers and unlocks growth.
- Impact-Driven. You measure your success by the outcomes: more qualified leads, faster response times, higher conversion rates, smoother handoffs, and more time for GTM teams to focus on what matters.
- Forward-Thinking. You stay ahead of the curve on AI, automation, and GTM tech — constantly looking for smarter, faster, and more scalable ways to support growth.
