We are looking for a Solutions Architect to support our Megaport & Latitude Sales Teams. The role involves translating customer workloads into optimized compute architectures, guiding technical evaluations, and ensuring customers adopt the right Latitude.sh solutions with confidence. As a compute-first focus specialist, you will work side-by-side with Latitude Sales Executives and Customer Success to qualify opportunities, remove technical blockers, design workload-specific compute solutions, and support onboarding for early success.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, or similar)
- Strong hands-on expertise in bare metal compute, GPU/accelerated compute, server architecture, virtualization, and workload performance planning
- Understanding of compute buying cycles, solution selling, and sizing for performance-intensive workloads
