We're looking for an experienced Employee Communications and Change Partner to join our team on a 13 month parental leave cover contract. The role involves designing and delivering clear and engaging communication for employees across channels, supporting employees in navigating organisational change, and developing communication and change strategies for transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Good business acumen and a breadth of experience working across corporate communications, issues management and stakeholder engagement
- Technical skills experience with platforms like SharePoint, Office 365, Swoop and Staffbase
- Ability to build effective, positive working relationships with senior stakeholders and employee groups
