The Technical Project Manager will lead complex technical initiatives from planning through execution. This role partners closely with engineering, product, IT, and cross-functional teams to define project scopes, create timelines, manage resources, and ensure high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift.
Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, scheduling, coordination, execution, and delivery.
● Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate business goals into clear project plans and technical requirements across a full SDLC environment.
● Coordinate project resources and workflows to keep teams aligned and accountable to agreed timelines.
● Track project progress, highlight risks or blockers early, and work with stakeholders to solve issues.
● Ensure project documentation is clear, current, and accessible to all relevant teams.
● Facilitate effective cross-functional communication and collaboration across engineering, IT, product, and operations.
● Support process improvements across project management, documentation, release workflows, and communication practices.
● Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical project management experience in a software, health tech, SaaS,
or related environment. - Strong understanding of software development processes and project lifecycle
management. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to identify dependencies, assess risks, and communicate tradeoffs with clarity.
- Experience coordinating with engineering and product teams in both agile and hybrid
settings. - Strong written and verbal communication skills (English B2 or better)
- Comfortable working with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or
similar). - Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, financial services, or
enterprise SaaS). - Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST.
- Prior exposure to data privacy or information security considerations as part of project
delivery
