Mercer Global Operations and Technology is seeking bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) based in Mexico City for the following temporary (1 year assignment) position:

HR Project Manager

• The HR Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on business initiatives, managing end-to-end delivery on a critical and complex business project

• You will bring your expertise to the entire project life cycle, from planning and execution to executing against critical milestones and providing regular stakeholder updates

• This hybrid position requires in-office presence 3 days a week

We will count on you to:

• Manage regular work streams and project meetings, documenting and following up on actions and risks identified during the meetings

• Perform excellent project management duties including, but not limited to, monitoring progress against deadlines and milestones and creating presentations for reporting out to HR team and business leaders

• Develop and maintain detailed, robust, high-quality project plans, including keeping plans updated through the project lifecycle

• Proactively stay on top of details highlighting any risks or roadblocks and execute with sense of urgency

• Act as a point of contact between Global HR Community and other stakeholders, providing oversight and guidance

What you need to have:

• A minimum of 5 years of working experience (HR, project management, consulting) with a strong interest in human capital

• A minimum of 1 year as a PMO lead working on projects related to HR, with a results-oriented attitude and demonstrated ability to follow through on issues to resolution

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of products - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook

• Must be bilingual, with fluency in English, both written and verbal

• Change management skills, with a strong ability to effectively influence and motivate others to take action
