Our Offshore Contractor Group which sits within our Energy & Power Practice, is currently seeking candidates for the following position based in the London office:
Client Executive and Broking Assistant
What can you expect:
- Our Energy and Power practice provide services to companies in the energy, power, and renewable energy sectors by providing expert risk management and contractual advice and risk transfer solutions.
- A Client Executive and Broking Assistant will support the existing team with day-to-day administrative duties in relation to new business and renewals. Liaising with clients and markets as required.
- This is a fantastic opportunity to join the world’s leading Broker in an entry level/support role, with huge potential for learning and professional development.

We will rely on you to:
- Assist in preparation of client renewal reports.
- Prepare policy documentation.
- Housekeeping of in-house systems.
- Issue ‘Summaries of Insurance’ from placement information (under direction).
- Generate invoices and invoice checking.
- Obtain and provide claims information.
- Compose Whom It May Concern/No Claim Bonus letters.
- Ad-hoc and various other administrative duties.
What you need to have:
- Confident and articulate verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- An ability to quickly learn to use and work with computer systems and programmes
- Be quick to take onboard new information and learn new skills
- Self-motivated with a positive outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and visual accuracy skills
- Confident meeting new people and social environments.
What makes you stand out:
- A degree or equivalent academic qualification; and/or;
- Previous office-based experience in a similar support role
- A genuine interest in building a career within in the Insurance sector
- ambitions to learn and the ability to ask interesting questions
