2025 Mercer China Career Management Trainee Program is now open!
We are seeking talented graduates from the class of 2025 or individuals with less than two years of work experience to join the Mercer China Management Trainee Program, which will start in July this year. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Program features:
- Buddy Program: Guidance from mentors and experienced colleagues to help you quickly adapt as fresh joiner to the new working environment.
- Professional Training: Participation in systematic methodology and consulting skills training to help you quickly enter the consulting field.
- Growth Platform: Access to a wealth of online and offline learning resources, direct involvement in project practice, and an accelerator for your growth into a "consulting expert."
- Department Rotation: Gain valuable work experience through job rotation to explore different business areas.
- Work Locations: Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou/Shenzhen.

What you need to have:
- Bachelor and above degree in any discipline.
