As research analyst in Brand Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution and delivery of research projects, while also learning the fundamentals of research design, analysis and reporting. You will assist on a wide variety of tasks across the full research life cycle, from drafting study materials and evaluating data quality, to supporting data analysis and preparing slides for client reports with senior guidance. Your work requires a sharp attention to detail, strong time management, organization skills, as well as a strong curiosity and appetite to learn.

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Understand and be able to articulate Marketcast’s value proposition across solutions.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities – understand our partners business initiatives and build a point of view on how Marketcast solutions can solve problems and support our partners.
  • Respond to RFPs and work with team to develop winning proposals.
  • Generate new business pipelines through prospecting outbound opportunities, via a variety of proven sales methods, including but not limited to database mining, cold-calling, networking, social media, industry and trade related events, email and marketing campaigns.
  • Pass leads with a complete POV and detailed information.
  • Ability to prioritize, strategize and activate leads.
  • Handle objections when they arise.
  • Stay up to date with industry & competitor trends.
  • Build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep HubSpot updated, accurate, precise and thorough with client information and sales related activities through the sales cycle.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization.

It’ll be helpful if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in related majors (Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology)
  • 1-4 years of related experience in business development or lead generating
  • Passionate about a career in sales
  • A strong desire to learn about sales processes and best practices
  • A technical aptitude for selling complex solutions
  • Knowledge of the marketing and advertising landscape and ecosystem will support your success in the role.
  • Previous experience in SAAS based products (martech/adtech) will assist you in being successful but not required
  • Experience in prospecting and cold calling into a large list of accounts that are a hybrid of net new and install; B2B
  • Have experience navigating through organizations, doing deep discovery and speaking to multiple decision makers.
  • Consistent achievement of year over year quota attainment in new revenue
  • Experience in developing trusted relationships with new clients and widening the funnel with existing clients
  • Effective presentation and communication skills
  • Self-driven and track record in exceeding goals
  • Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams to succeed in managing projects and deal cycles of all sizes
  • "Start-Up" mindset or experience on approach of problems and polished resolutions
  • Ability to apply consultative selling and align value based solutions with a customer's strategic objectives
  • Systems & Platform Knowledge in: Excel, PowerPoint, CRMs (HubSpot or SalesForce), and LinkedIn.

Per the pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $90,000 to $114,000. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skill set, and any other factors MarketCast considers relevant to the hiring decision. In addition to your salary, MarketCast believes in providing a competitive total rewards package for its employees.
