  • Background in a health-related field would be an asset

  • The ability to make difficult decisions within tight time constraints

  • Disability management and/or Group Benefit knowledge, an asset

  • Ability to work well as both a team member and an independent self-starter

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills required to manage different types of tasks

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English

  • Computer skills would be an asset (MS Office, typing skills, transcription skills etc)

  • Awareness and general knowledge of Canadian Armed Forces would be an asset

Our commitment to you

We offer work that challenges and makes a difference within a flexible and supportive environment, so you can help make decisions easier and lives better for our customers.
