We are looking for an HRBP–People & Culture with exceptional communication skills to fully own employee engagement initiatives and support the Global Head of HR on people and culture programs.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in employee engagement / people & culture / HRBP roles
- Proven experience in owning engagement programs end-to-end
- Managing Rewards & Recognition frameworks
- Executing and tracking L&D programs
- Strong exposure to HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
- Excellent communication skills
- High ownership mindset
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working with global teams (US/Canada)
- Comfortable working in late evening IST hours
