Overview:

We’re looking for a highly motivated, proven Field Marketing Manager who knows how to manage and execute end-to-end marketing events and campaigns to generate qualified leads, grow brand awareness, and support revenue growth. We know who our target customers are. We need your help making them fall in love with us through standout physical and digital events. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS market leader.

What You Will Do:

This is a cross-functional marketing role, where you’ll own the relationship with third-party event organizers to vet and execute trade shows, webinars, and other opportunities targeting banks and credit unions from start to finish. You will also ideate and execute owned events and user group activations to drive growth.

We’re looking for a forward-thinking self-starter who will lead with a project management mindset and entrepreneurial, collaborative, and results-oriented approach. This is someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and is comfortable working hand-in-hand with sales teams to implement strategies that drive measurable results and align with business goals.

This person will report to the Director of Demand Generation and work cross-functionally to deliver effective campaigns. As one of our most important marketing channels, MANTL marketers rally behind the needs of the Events team to ensure success. You will have the support of a deeply collaborative and passionate team of marketers, sales executives, and account managers to help you drive value for our customers and prospects.

While we don’t expect you to travel to every event we host, domestic travel will be required for ~6-8 events per year.

About You:

  • You have over 8 years of experience driving end-to-end virtual and in-person events for an enterprise audience including sourcing opportunities, determining participation and sponsorship level, logistic management, strategy development, creative execution, messaging alignment, and budget tracking.
  • You view yourself as a growth marketer and seek to drive the digital marketing strategy behind your events. You manage lead flow and drive engagement before, during, and after events. You get excited about testing new tactics and thinking outside the box to drive engagement.
  • You collaborate closely with the BDR and sales team to lock in a heavy meeting schedule prior to stepping onto the show floor. Then orchestrate staff to maximize booth and networking opportunities onsite and deliver a high conversion rate after the show.
  • You have experience collaborating with Sales teams to assess lead quality from event and campaign efforts and ensure a smooth transition for prospects from marketing to sales.
  • You are results-oriented and ground your efforts in what drives revenue for the business. You track your event-generated leads through the sales funnel to learn where and how to drive the most value.
  • You are passionate about data. You are capable of analyzing and provide detailed retros of events to determine the ROI and year-over-year performance, deliver a steady flow of SQLs, and make data-driven recommendations for the future.
  • You can work closely with the communications and content teams to identify thought leadership topics, manage speaker selection, stand out in the agenda, and direct overall event communication with the target audience in mind.
  • You can partner with design and content to develop and produce event materials that make a memorable brand statement. You are also comfortable drafting your own copy as needed whether it relates to a special flyer for your onsite activation or the social media and email execution to promote your event.
  • You can manage end-to-end logistics for each event, including coordinating travel, onsite activities, client meetings, booth set up and takedown, booth signage, swag, giveaways, etc.
  • You take a detail-oriented approach to campaign execution with a keen focus on documentation, crafting clear SLAs that improve the efficiency of our execution over time.
  • You are willing to travel as needed.
