Your Next Role
As a Senior Creative Strategist, you’ll be at the forefront of driving high-converting, performance-driven assets for our DTC Health & Wellness brand. Serving a primarily female demographic aged 35-65 in North-America, you’ll leverage creative insights, competitive, market, visual and creative research, and user-centric design to shape our brand's digital presence.
Working across multiple platforms & channels, you’ll oversee the development of compelling static ads, short-form videos, landing pages, and more. With a clear focus on customer acquisition & performance marketing, you'll play a crucial role in our brand’s strategy and aesthetic, ensuring our content resonates and drives revenue.
What You’ll do
Conduct In-Depth Competitive, Visual and Creative Research
Dive into market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights using diverse resources like forums, social media feeds, Google trends, and ad spy tools.
Distil findings to inform innovative, high-performing creative strategies that resonate with our target demographic.
Execute a Strategic Creative Testing Process
Implement top-performing direct response creative elements within our account, including formats, hooks, and angles.
Develop and test new concepts by segmenting production schedules, optimizing successful elements and continuously introducing fresh ideas.
Collaborate across teams to refine and scale high-performing concepts.
Plan for Every Stage of the Customer Journey
Design creatives tailored to each stage of the customer journey, from awareness (ToFu) to conversion (BoFu) and beyond.
Craft concepts that resonate at each stage, such as pain-point-driven content for awareness, UGC testimonials for consideration, and objection-handling for purchase intent.
Create Engaging, Viral Content
Develop ads with a strong emphasis on emotional engagement, using top-of-mind awareness strategies to create viral, shareable content.
Identify emerging trends and integrate them into both static and video content to drive brand visibility and emotional connection.
Optimize Conversion Levers
Identify and address bottlenecks within the sales funnel by implementing design enhancements to boost conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing on key design elements like CTAs, proof points, and pricing tables, applying rapid-testing insights to improve overall conversion and user experience.
Leverage and improve on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Define and document creative testing protocols and workflows
Organize recurring testing formats for headlines, angles, and concepts
Share results and best practices across teams to encourage creative discipline
Team Management
Establishes clear expectations and performance goals tailored to individual roles (design vs. strategy)
Provides consistent coaching and timely feedback to support skill growth and morale
Models accountability and motivates the team through shared purpose and outcomes
How you’ll Succeed
Maneuver is an OKRs, KPIs & data-driven company, we are not Mad Men (Well, not all), but Math Men. As a result, multiple metrics will constitute the basis of your performance and success within this role and the company:
Consistently achieve high click-through rates (CTR) and engagement ratios, with content that encourages shares and positive interactions.
Improve key conversion metrics, including conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV). Through thoughtful A/B testing and design enhancements, you’ll support sustained, efficient growth reflected in a favorable blended spend-to-ROAS ratio.
Deliver ad concepts that meet or exceed campaign standards, maintaining a high ad grade success rate across tests.
What You Bring
Proven ability to conduct deep visual and competitor research using tools like Meta Ad Library, Atria, TikTok feeds, Reddit, Motion, and Google Trends to uncover and apply trends that influence creative direction
Track record of planning and executing structured creative testing pipelines, with working knowledge of tools like Airtable, Ads Manager, and Notion to iterate on winning formats, hooks, and angles
Experience crafting creative concepts across the full customer journey (ToFu, MoFu, BoFu) — including top-funnel pain-point content, mid-funnel UGC/testimonials, and conversion-driving assets
Skilled in producing emotionally resonant, high-converting direct-response ads, leveraging storytelling frameworks, strong CTAs, and objection-handling techniques rooted in consumer psychology
Comfortable analyzing performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and optimizing creative and layout levers — including CTAs, benefit stacks, testimonial placements — for measurable acquisition impact
Fluent in developing and maintaining creative SOPs, frameworks, and production documentation using Notion, Airtable, and Loom to streamline iteration and ensure cross-team alignment
Experienced in managing or collaborating with cross-functional creative pods, using Asana/ClickUp, Slack, and Notion to align strategy, media, and design teams toward shared KPIs and deadlines
