As a Virtual Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our members through virtual communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will serve as the first point of contact for members, providing quality assistance and support to meet their needs and inquiries. You will also play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products and services, while consistently meeting and exceeding performance and sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to members through virtual communication channels in a timely and efficient manner
- Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions to member concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions
- Proactively promote and sell MUTW LLC products and services to meet sales targets
- Utilize multiple systems and tools to accurately and effectively document member interactions and maintain member records
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a virtual setting
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
