Majesco is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Resource & Partner Management to lead our resource allocation and strategic partnership efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient allocation of company resources, managing key partnerships, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our competitive positioning and growth prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Resource Allocation:

  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the allocation of company resources, including personnel, budget, and technology assets.
  • Collaborate with department leaders, project managers and operations to prioritize resource allocation based on business priorities and project requirements.
  • Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.

2. Partner Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including contractors and strategic alliances.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage partner capabilities and resources to support business objectives.

3. Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of company-wide strategic plans and initiatives, with a focus on resource allocation and partnership strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on market insights and business analysis.

4. Hiring Process Management:

  • Oversee the hiring process for Professional Services and Support teams, including defining hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to annual budgets maintained by Finance during the hiring process, including approval of hiring requisitions and management of recruitment expenses.
  • Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, including employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition programs.

5. Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for resource management, partnership development, hiring, and strategic planning.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team, promoting innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in resource management, partnership development, or strategic planning, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in optimizing resource allocation, negotiating partnerships, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving organizational growth and success.

What Majesco Offers:

Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000.

Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Majesco considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
