This is a remote position for a Manager, Service Center, MFLC, responsible for managing the MFLC Service Center staff, providing technical solutions to global issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance platforms utilized in the program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical field or business administration
- 5+ years of project management and 2 + years of experience working at help desk/or resolving complicated technical issues with smartphones and technical applications
- 2+ years of management/leadership experience
