We are looking for a Project Orchestration Lead to support a multi-stream enterprise AI transformation programme. This senior role anchor the full delivery rhythm across engineering, data, product, and platform teams. The programme spans AI engineering, RAG platforms, cloud-native services, and modern data ecosystems, requiring a leader experienced in AI-driven delivery and enterprise-scale coordination.
Responsibilities
- Own the master delivery plan across all AI workstreams
- Drive the planning, prioritisation, and reporting rhythm
- Maintain visibility on risks, dependencies, scope, and readiness
- Facilitate decision-making with technical and business leadership
- Resolve delivery blockers before they impact timelines
- Coordinate execution across engineering, data, architecture, and product teams
- Shape structured communication for leadership and key stakeholders
- Ensure governance standards and delivery frameworks are followed
- Maintain roadmap stability and steer alignment across teams
- Provide clarity on progress, decision points, and upcoming milestones
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience leading enterprise-scale projects or programmes in complex environments
- Proven involvement in AI-focused projects, including LLM-based components
- Ability to structure ambiguity and simplify complex delivery landscapes
- Strong senior-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and structured governance practices
- Experience coordinating multi-discipline teams for predictable delivery
- Strong grounding in risk management and executive-level reporting
- Ability to challenge constructively and drive cross-team alignment
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI and data ecosystems (Azure, AWS)
- Understanding of engineering environments (Python, TypeScript, React, cloud-native platforms)
- Good understanding of MLOps, pipelines, data orchestration, and model lifecycle concepts
- Knowledge of AI tooling (vector databases, LLM components)
- Proficiency with project and portfolio tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Relevant certifications: PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or ITIL Foundation
