We are looking for a CRM Campaign Analyst to join the CRM and Personalisation area within a banking environment. The role focuses on building and executing CRM campaigns in SAS CI Studio, supporting customer targeting and personalisation initiatives across cards, payments, SOHO, and small business segments.
This is a hands-on role requiring practical experience with campaign execution, segmentation logic, and customer selection validation in a structured CRM environment.
- Build CRM campaigns independently in SAS CI Studio
- Work with business and IT teams to define and implement campaign logic
- Support personalisation initiatives across cards, payments, SOHO, and small business areas
- Validate correctness of customer selection for campaigns
- Perform campaign testing independently, focused on customer selection accuracy
- Support improvements in CRM campaign processes and personalisation logic
- Maintain clear documentation of campaign assumptions, logic, and results
Requirements
- Hands on experience with SAS CI Studio
- Experience in CRM campaign management, marketing automation, or customer personalisation
- Ability to independently build and execute campaigns
- Strong understanding of segmentation and customer selection logic
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work with business and IT stakeholders
- Good communication skills
- Experience with PEGA CDH
- Experience in banking, payments, cards, or small business segments
- Experience with customer journey optimisation or personalisation strategy
- Experience testing campaign logic and validating target groups
