About the role
As a CRM Analyst, you will support data-driven marketing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams such as brand, marketing, and technical partners. This role involves leveraging customer data to enable targeted campaigns and personalized communication strategies.
What you might work on- Supporting CRM systems and marketing campaign execution
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business and marketing needs
- Preparing and analyzing data for campaign targeting and segmentation
- Assisting in the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Working closely with brand teams and external partners (e.g., email agencies)
- Identifying opportunities to improve data usage and campaign performance
Requirements
- Experience working with CRM tools and marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of SQL and working with databases
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments
- Advanced English (you’ll work with international teams)
