We are looking for aAI Solution Lead AI Architectto anchor several strategic Generative AI initiatives. This role guides architecture, delivery, and quality across conversational AI, document intelligence, RAG-based enterprise search, and natural language data interfaces. The position requires strong hands-on GenAI experience, architectural leadership, and the ability to align engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of multiple Generative AI use cases
- Define end-to-end architecture for RAG systems (embeddings, chunking, retrieval, orchestration)
- Guide cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and backend teams
- Shape guardrails, evaluation logic, metrics, and enterprise AI controls
- Provide architectural leadership for voice assistants (TTS/STT + LLM reasoning), document intelligence, and NL-to-SQL assistants
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align scope, outcomes, and delivery expectations
- Support onsite workshops and architectural reviews when required
- Ensure solutions meet standards for performance, compliance, security, and maintainability
Requirements
- Strong STEM background with experience delivering enterprise AI or ML solutions
- Proven hands-on delivery inGenerative AI, preferably within Azure ecosystems
- Deep understanding ofRAG patterns, embeddings, prompting, and LLM reasoning flows
- Experience leading technical teams and coordinating multi-stream AI programmes
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI architectures and execution plans
