The Opportunity

PhotonIQ by Macrometa is seeking an exceptional Senior Front End Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining our GUI, developing engaging demos, managing front end projects, integrating analytics, and collaborating with marketing specialists, engineering developers, and architects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain our intuitive and visually appealing GUI
• Create captivating demos, such as interactive product tours, feature showcases, and performance benchmarks, to highlight PhotonIQ's capabilities
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Implement best practices for web performance optimization
• Collaborate with marketing specialists to ensure the GUI and demos align with the company's branding and marketing strategies
• Integrate analytics tools to gather insights and drive optimization
• Manage front end projects, ensuring timely delivery
• Stay up-to-date with emerging front end technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in front end development, preferably in a tech-driven industry
• Mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue or NextJs
• Strong proficiency in creating responsive and accessible web interfaces
• Proven track record of developing high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, etc.)
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Knowledge of server-side rendering and performance optimization techniques
• Prior experience working in a startup or tech-focused environment
