Luxury Presence is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join it’s growing team. Reporting to our Revenue Operations function, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing channel performance. You will be responsible for enhancing our lead handling strategy, improving data analysis and reporting, and ensuring seamless alignment between sales and marketing. Key Responsibilities: • Funnel Optimization & Process Management- Create, manage, and distribute SOPs for ongoing, repeated processes and tasks - Work with Inbound sales team to improve lead quality and strategic inbound processes- Collaborate with our marketing team on strategy and campaign testing
• Project Planning & Management- Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing programs and campaigns to ensure they are completed with a high degree of quality, on time, and within budget- Work closely with the events/partnerships manager to create landing pages & implement AE lead distribution process
• Tech Stack/Infrastructure- Manage our integrations between various software tools, including HubSpot, Zapier, Salesforce, and advertising networks, etc. - Own marketing attribution across the full marketing funnel- Work closely with Product Marketing Manager to build out workflows and automation for product-led growth campaigns
• Marketing Data & Analytics - Maintain clean & efficient database segmentation for all stages of the funnel - Conduct campaign ROI analysis regularly and provide insights to stakeholders, all the way up to the executive level- Fully own reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization on marketing performance - Ensure conversion tracking is installed accurately on all digital assets on an ongoing basis - Build out, implement, and improve inbound lead-scoring strategy- Work closely with the revenue ops team to manage properties within HubSpot and Salesforce to maintain a clean and efficient database

- Take ownership of marketing channel performance and play a pivotal role in reducing customer acquisition costs
- Improve reporting accuracy and data integrity by auditing our current workflows and attribution processes
- Create SOPs for existing repeatable processes and identify inefficiencies where we can automate, delegate, or eliminate
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of marketing operations experience
- Ample experience using modern marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot
- Systems-oriented
- Business acumen. You know how to dissect the main levers in a B2B SaaS company and understand how various initiatives relate to key business objectives.
- You're a master of marketing and sales tools and have pushed them to their limits
- You have a strong bias toward speed and execution. You're willing to help out with projects outside your job description, roll up your sleeves, and push things over the finish line quickly.
