Canada onlyThe Field Service Representative (FSR) provides field support across LiquidPower Canada's customer base in all aspects of injection equipment and product management, conducting hands-on technical activities that meet customer needs and product and injection system quality and reliability guidelines. This home office role requires a willingness to relocate to within one hundred fifty (150) kilometers of Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada, and travel 50% - 75% of the time. The FSR must maintain a home office, local parts, equipment, and tool storage location, and an approved half-ton pickup truck.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of safe work practices in plant and remote site operations, and commitment to working safely without exception.
- Minimum 3-5 years of I&E and/or mechanical equipment/technical hands-on experience in an oilfield, manufacturing, chemical plant, or similar industry setting.
- Able to read and understand electrical schematics.
- Troubleshoot electrical and/or mechanical problems and provide innovative solutions.
- Able to deal with customers in a proactive, professional, and ethical manner.
- High level of competency with Microsoft Office software, typical inventory/asset management software, and technology used in field settings.
- Willingness to travel and ability to work remotely.
- Able to independently set goals and work schedule - and complete with minimum supervision.
