The Field Service Representative provides field support across LiquidPower Canada's customer base in all aspects of injection equipment and product management, requiring electrical and mechanical acumen, and ability to work safely without exception.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of safe work practices in plant and remote site operations, and commitment to working safely without exception.
- Minimum 3-5 years of I&E and/or mechanical equipment/technical hands-on experience in an oilfield, manufacturing, chemical plant, or similar industry setting.
- Able to read and understand electrical schematics.
- Troubleshoot electrical and/or mechanical problems and provide innovative solutions.
- Able to deal with customers in a proactive, professional, and ethical manner.
- High level of competency with Microsoft Office software, typical inventory/asset management software, and technology used in field settings.
- Able to independently set goals and work schedule - and complete with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written/electronic.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, both internal and external.
