For a Scandinavian SAP consulting house recognized for designing, building, and maintaining business-critical SAP solutions for clients across multiple industries, including manufacturing, logistics, energy, forestry, and defense we are seeking an experienced SAP TM Functional Consultant. The consultant will join a long-term project for a Nordic retail client and will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP TM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration partners to ensure efficient logistics processes and stable system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design functional solutions in SAP TM.
- Configure and optimize Transport Management processes (planning, execution, monitoring).
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between SAP and external systems.
- Support and enhance SAP Fiori applications related to logistics and transport processes.
- Work with ABAP developers to define and review functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Perform testing, support go-live, and provide post-implementation support.
- Prepare documentation and ensure knowledge transfer to client teams.
Requirements
- >8 years of experience as a SAP Functional Consultant.
- Strong expertise in SAP Transport Management (4+ projects).
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori.
- Experience with system integrations (interfaces, middleware, APIs).
- Working knowledge of ABAP (ability to analyze/debug and collaborate with developers).
- Ability to work remotely and independently in an international environment.
- Readiness to travel at the start of the project if needed.
- Fluent English communication skills.
