The company is looking for a Manager, Cybersecurity to lead the implementation and maintenance of robust security controls, policies, and procedures. The role requires a deep understanding of cloud security, risk management, compliance frameworks, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management capacity.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and experience securing SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated experience with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to SaaS companies.
- Solid technical skills in areas such as network security, application security, vulnerability management, incident response, and security monitoring.
- Experience working with SaaS hosted tools and services around Identity, Security, and Controls Management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate technical security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
