Location: Nashville, TN, Hollywood, CA, Phoenix, AZ, or Remote

Division: Ticketmaster (North America, Sales & Business Development)

Line Manager: Sr. Director, Sales Enablement

Contract Terms: Permanent, Full-Time, 40 hours per week

THE TEAM

The Sales Strategy and Enablement is a newer team within the Ticketmaster North America Sales organization charged with driving acquisition and retention of accounts across the Arts & Theatre, Sports, Family and Music segments.

THE JOB

As a Sales Enablement Coordinator, your role is focused on developing sales support materials for Ticketmaster prospect and renewal conversations. You will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders on both quick-turn and long-term projects. In addition, you will be responsible for curating and maintaining content libraries of product updates, industry activities, and previously presented materials.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Working collaboratively with team members in the management of pitching prospects and renewing clients, ensuring presentations have no errors and design is completed with care.

  • Maintaining and optimizing processes and tools that maximize the North America Sales Strategy and Enablement impact.

  • Providing clear and concise narratives of Ticketmaster products and services, with an eye towards client needs and opportunities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, visual communications, or graphic design.

  • Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with shared communication tools such as Salesforce, Box, Confluence, Slack, and Asana.

The expected compensation for this position in California is:

$66,560.00 USD - $80,000.00 USD

The expected compensation for this position in Colorado is:

$64,000.00 USD - $80,000.00 USD

The expected compensation for this position in Washington is:

$67,724.80 USD - $80,000.00 USD
