About the role

We are looking for a client-facing Creator Partnerships & Success Manager to work with warm inbound creator leads.

Our platform helps creators and experts monetize digital products and content through special promo offers, campaigns, and platform-based monetization tools. We do not charge creators to join the platform. Instead, we earn through a commission on transactions, which means our success depends on helping creators launch successfully, grow, and keep monetizing over time.

In this role, you will speak with creators who have already shown interest in a specific offer and agreed to a call. These are warm inbound leads, not cold prospects. Your job is to lead the conversation, understand the creator’s goals and current situation, explain our offer clearly, build trust, and help the creator decide whether to move forward with us.

If the creator joins, you will continue owning the relationship beyond the initial conversation. You will guide them through onboarding, activation, launch, and ongoing success on the platform, with a strong focus on long-term retention and creator engagement.

This is a hybrid role that combines warm inbound conversion (80% time), creator onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing success ownership. It is best suited for someone who is commercially confident, persuasive in live calls, and strong at moving conversations toward action while maintaining a high level of trust and credibility.

What you will do

  • Speak with warm inbound creator leads who have already shown interest in a specific offer and agreed to a conversation

  • Lead online calls with creators to understand their goals, audience, current monetization stage, and needs

  • Present our platform and offer clearly, including what we do, how it works, and why it can help them monetize their audience

  • Build trust quickly and communicate confidence, credibility, and professionalism during live conversations

  • Answer questions, address objections, and help creators make a decision about moving forward

  • Convert qualified warm leads into active creators on the platform

  • Guide creators through onboarding, setup, activation, and launch

  • Support creators until they register, upload their material, and become active on the platform

  • Own the creator relationship beyond onboarding and support long-term engagement and retention

  • Follow up consistently and make sure conversations, next steps, and commitments are completed

  • Maintain accurate updates in CRM and keep creator records well documented

  • Coordinate with internal teams when needed to solve issues or move creators forward

  • Manage multiple creator conversations and accounts at the same time in a high-volume environment

  • Help creators stay active and continue monetizing successfully on the platform

  • Transfer part of the support flow to assistants later if volume grows, while keeping ownership of key creator relationships

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing commercial or success role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding, Partnerships, Business Development, or a similar hybrid role

  • Experience selling or supporting online products, digital services, SaaS, platforms, or monetization-related offers

  • Strong experience working in B2B, creator economy, digital products, online services, or platform environments

  • Excellent spoken and written English (C1/C2 level or equivalent)

  • Clear, highly intelligible spoken English and strong confidence in live calls

  • Ability to lead warm inbound conversations in a persuasive, structured, and commercially confident way

  • Strong trust-building skills and the ability to make creators feel confident in working with us

  • Comfortable handling objections and moving conversations toward a clear decision

  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to bring conversations and tasks to completion

  • Ability to manage multiple calls, follow-ups, accounts, and priorities in parallel

  • Strong written communication, including professional follow-up emails, summaries, and action points

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment

  • Experience working with intermediate-level creators or digital entrepreneurs is a strong advantage

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Kommo or similar tools is a plus

Nice to have

  • Experience in the creator economy, influencer tools, monetization platforms, digital education, martech, or fintech

  • Experience closing warm inbound leads and then continuing to manage the relationship after the initial conversion

  • Experience helping creators, experts, or digital entrepreneurs launch products or monetization offers

  • Experience in high-volume online meeting environments

  • Strong commercial instinct combined with long-term relationship ownership

  • Experience working with UK, EU, or international clients or creators

  • Warm creator leads feel understood, confident, and well-guided after speaking with you

  • Calls are clear, persuasive, trust-building, and action-oriented

  • Qualified creators move from initial interest to platform activation smoothly

  • Creators complete onboarding, register, upload their materials, and become active on the platform

  • Follow-ups are consistent, timely, and effective

  • Creator relationships are maintained beyond the first conversion point

  • Creators stay engaged and continue monetizing on the platform over time

  • CRM records, notes, and next steps are always accurate and up to date

  • Internal teams receive clear communication and reliable coordination from you

Working style

  • Remote role based in South Africa

  • Availability to overlap with USA business hours

  • High-volume, call-heavy, and strongly client-facing role

  • Combines elements of warm inbound conversion, creator onboarding, and ongoing success management

  • Requires strong ownership, commercial confidence, and the ability to move things forward without losing relationship quality

Compensation

  • Fixed salary + performance-based bonus

  • Bonus is tied to KPI results and active creators on the platform

  • This role has direct impact on earnings through conversion, activation, and creator success outcomes
