Lamark Media is seeking a Senior Paid Search Specialist to lead the hands-on execution, optimization, and strategic articulation of paid search programs across a portfolio of client accounts.
Requirements
- 2-4 years hands-on Paid Search experience managing complex, multi-platform campaigns
- Advanced understanding of Google Ads & Microsoft Ads including campaign structure, bidding strategies, feed-based programs, audience layering, performance diagnostics, and automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into clear business implications
- Experience developing and executing structured testing programs (ad copy, audiences, bidding, landing pages, etc.)
- Confident communicator with the ability to explain technical topics and performance insights to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to identify business problems, connect performance to client marketing goals, and propose recommended actions
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and client service partners
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio) and data visualization best practices
- Strong written communication with the ability to craft sharp insights, POVs, and rationale behind tactical decisions
