In this role, you will review, evaluate, and report on the quality of team outputs, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with team leaders to implement quality standards across our remote operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a quality assurance, quality control, or similar review-based role
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Clear and professional written English communication skills
- Ability to give constructive, evidence-based feedback in a remote environment
- Experience working with QA tools, scorecards, or call monitoring systems is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple assessments simultaneously
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with remote work environments and digital communication tools
