What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruiting and building the highly effective team.
- Ensure high utilization for team members by timely staffing projects and other engagements, building awareness of DE&M CC outside competency and building relationships with key stakeholders within Lingaro.
- Engages with Go-to-market and Account teams to understand customer requirements an expectations.
- Regular checkpoints with team members, overseeing their long-term growth and satisfaction.
- Giving regular feedback. Recognize good performance. React and manage low performance.
- Being a role model for the team; promoting integrity and follow up with processes.
- Building team atmosphere and ensure members wellbeing.
- Developing and maintaining team operating rhythm.
- Support DE&M Competency strategy implementation.
- Proactively participate in improving competency unit in Lingaro, by leading initiatives, taking part in leaders discussions.
- Participation in creation, communicating, implementing, and executing processes and guidelines defined for all company and DE&M CC.
- Helping team members to achieve high customer satisfaction on their tasks.
- Supporting ADM and GtM in building and maintaining relations with customers (mostly through close cooperation during project acquisition, delivery and maintenance).
- Collaborate with ADMs on offers effort estimation and costing.
- Help Team Members to search for new opportunities, take responsibility for some presales processes.
- Support offers and presentations (e.g., success stories) preparation.
- Support developing DE&M CC business within the area by presales support and additional actions.

- Understanding and proven experience working with AI tools and framework that speed up D&A delivery process (Claude code, GitHub Copilot etc.).
- Presentation skills.

- Proficiency in some of: Python, PySpark, SQL and cloud-native data tools (Databricks, Azure Data Factory).
- Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT, data quality frameworks, and distributed computing.
- Familiarity with AI/ML Ops/GenAI, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience in CPG industry.
- Knowledge and experience in BI, DWH, Cloud solutions, AI etc.
