Project Coordinator

The Opportunity

In this role you will: ​

• Consolidate team action items and track their completion​
• Partner with other project coordinators on standardization of reporting and lessons learned​
• Create templates which allow partners to understand and apply the data analysis results​
• Ensure documentation is well organised and accessible​
• Manage annual contract extension matrix ensuring amendments are completed on time​
• Develop dashboards for ongoing operations and reporting, including creating a live reporting tool for real time progress reporting, trending, data validation & regional communications​
• Prepare reports for executive leadership that communicate trends, patterns and predictions using program data​
• Ensure imported data is accurate, working with partners to validate and update if necessary​
• Support development and updates of monthly reporting​
• Support vendor program, including pipeline, contracts, and onboarding

We would love to hear from you if you:​

• Have experience in data analysis for a large project​
• Enjoy collecting and interpreting data, analysing results & creating automated reports for stakeholder review​
• Have experience using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics​
• Have worked closely with stakeholders in gathering requirements, performing analysis and delivering complex analysis to support strategic business decisions.

The salary range for this role is between $84,000 and $105,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
