- Participate in manual testing prior to deployments
- Ensure post-deployment issues are minimized
- Monitor website performance and errors using specialized tools
- Respond to testing and support requests from other departments
- Understand and support multiple internal and external platforms
- You will be in charge to make sure that we meet the highest quality standards for the web and more
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to understand complex systems and their interactions
- Experience in setting up automated testing (with or without code)
- Experience conducting thorough and relevant tests
- Experience providing support for complex systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- Genuine interest in assisting others through testing and support
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools or applications
- (Asset) Experience with code-based automated testing frameworks

Quality Assurance Specialist
Reporting to the E-commerce Director, the Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for improving the speed and reliability with which our development team can deploy new updates to the website and related services.
