The Opportunity:

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering new insurance submissions into our client's underwriting system and ensuring all required data is reported to regulatory agencies. You must have a high level of attention to detail, exceptional data entry skills, and the ability to conduct thorough research.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Enter new insurance submissions into the company’s underwriting system with precision
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of submissions data to maintain high standards of quality
• Input necessary data into regulatory agencies’ websites as required, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all submissions and regulatory filings
• Communicate with underwriters to resolve any discrepancies in submission data
• Perform other administrative tasks related to underwriting and regulatory compliance as needed.

To succeed you will need:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office and other data entry software
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications:

• Senior High School Diploma or equivalent
• Education or Certification in insurance, finance or a related field would be a plus

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 9am to 6pm
