ROLE OVERVIEW

The Agile Delivery Lead (ADL)is responsible forleadingpredictableandvalue-driven product delivery while ensuring strong execution of Agile and Scrum practices at the team level. Servingas the connective tissue between ProductEngineeringand Solution Delivery, the ADL owns end-to-end delivery flow,balancing priorities, capacity,change control,and dependencies across squads. This role enables teams to deliver reliably at scale whilemaintainingstrong collaboration, alignment, and accountability across R&D and business stakeholders, allwhile driving outcomes that support LifeStance’s mission of helping people lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

COMPENSATION: $99,000 - $130,000/annually in addition to a competitive bonus plan

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own end-to-end delivery of atechnologyproduct or product area across multiple teams or squads, drivingpredictableandhigh-qualitydelivery of roadmap commitments from intake through release.

  • Own sprint commitments, execution, and delivery forecasting, balancingpriorities against team capacity and throughputand coordinatingcross-team dependencies and delivery risks.

  • Facilitate and ensure effective execution of allapplicableceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews,showcases,retrospectives, standups, etc.).

  • Coach teams onAgileprinciples, practices, and continuous improvement.

  • Shape and evolve theSDLCmodel to support delivery at scale.

  • Support Product, Engineering, and Solution Delivery leadership withbacklog management,hygiene,prioritization, and execution.

  • Lead capacity and allocation planning across teams and product areas.

  • Facilitate adaptation within sprints to manage change while protecting delivery commitments.

  • Ownand report on key delivery metricsand insights, includingsprint predictability, velocity, stability, flow, and outcomes, and support strategic planning efforts.

  • Identify, own, and mitigate product-level risks,team-level impediments, delivery issues, and dependencies.

  • Monitor and support team health, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles

  • Proventrack recordsupportingmultiplecross-functionaltechnologydevelopment teamsthrough complex and large-scale productroll-outs, ideallyat healthcare, SaaS, and/or high-growth “start-up” companies

  • Functionaland practicalknowledge of multiple Lean-Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban,SAFe, and/or Lean, with extensive experiencefacilitatingAgileceremonies, inceptions, slicing sessions, and planning workshops

  • Strongproficiencywith common delivery collaboration tools, including JiraandConfluence, anddataanalysis and reportingtools (PowerBIor similar)

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to a variety of audiences and stakeholders, paired with meticulous attention to detail across written communications, status reports, and project plans 

  • Natural problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge. 

  • Data-drivenandoutcome-focuseddecision-makerwith a bias toward continuous improvement.

  • High-energy, team-first attitude with the ability toinfluence without direct authority andwork collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
