Requirements

• Deep, practical experience in Java, Python, C++, or other backend languages.
• CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and security best practices.

• Solid CS fundamentals and a keen eye for architecture & design patterns.
• Experience leading engineers and teams.
• Strong communication skills, including writing design docs and speaking to executives.
