Lido Advisors, LLC, an established and rapidly growing wealth management firm, is looking for an Associate to join our Sales Desk team to make an immediate impact expanding our reach.

We are looking for an Associate, Business Development, to play a key role in driving growth for both Lido and the right individual as we expand our sales team’s reach and capabilities. We seek an individual that is highly motivated, intelligent, and enthusiastic about business development, forming relationships and can support expanding the firm’s sales efforts and brand awareness through direct outreach. Lido’s vision is to be recognized as the pre-imminent wealth advisory firm delivering an essential service to our clients. Our dynamic, fast-moving sales team is supporting that vision by sharpening our messaging and brand across the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leverage Lido’s brand, marketing systems, software and digital channels to expand leads and demand marketing programs.
  • Generate new leads which will include outbound campaigning and cold-calls.
  • Introduce Lido teams for partnerships opportunities with selected vectors and sales channels.
  • Draft and send personalized emails using templates triggered by personal and specific events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Utilize software for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Interest in and/or experience in wealth management or financial services
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales or business development
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Client-first attitude, professional demeanor, and personal integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage time effectively?
  • Self-motivated, confident, and detail-oriented
