Requirements

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs
Take ownership of API contracts and backend interfaces
Contribute to the architecture of scalable and robust backend solutions
Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews
Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system behavior
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and debugging tooling
Build and maintain comprehensive test suites
Act as a senior technical contributor within the team
Analyze complex technical problems and propose pragmatic solutions
Document APIs, systems, and technical decisions
