Requirements
- Experience in resolving complaints or customer disputes within a regulated environment
- Aptitude for investigating, analysing, problem-solving and dispute resolution
- Self-management of a varied and complex caseload
- Knowledge of FCA regulation and DISP complaint handling rules and guidance
