Your Career Opportunity

In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Team Leader in Virtual Trainer Coordination on full-time hours and working from home remotely.

As a Trainer Coordinator, you’ll have a direct impact on supporting and guiding our trainers throughout every stage of their journey with Learnlight. Collaborating with our Operations department, you will:

• Assign trainers to client language programs based on profile fit and availability, ensuring smooth program delivery.

• Serve as the main point of contact for trainers, providing program details, resolving inquiries, and supporting them throughout their journey at Learnlight.

• Maintain effective communication with trainers and internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration.

• Follow internal workflows and deadlines, using our online platform daily to update course and trainer information.

• Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to onboard and offboard trainers according to internal processes.

• Gather trainer feedback, support performance alignment with Learnlight standards, and escalate issues to the Trainer Quality Team as needed.

What You'll Offer

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus

• Solid computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office tools

• University degree preferred, ideally in linguistics, with prior experience in language course coordination, administration, or teaching considered a bonus
