Key responsibilities:

Leads.io is on the search for a Senior Account Success Manager to complement our dynamic work environment. As a Senior Account Success Manager at Leads.io your main role will be to nurture and maintain strong relationships amongst our most important client base, within a multitude of different industries. You will work closely with a portfolio of key client accounts, using your excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of lead generation and understanding of clients’ needs to deliver strategic growth initiatives for the client and for Leads.io. Your day will be varied, from optimising client accounts to working with various departments to foster mutual commercial growth.

Other responsibilities are

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Strategic Account Planning to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Be a growth consultant to your clients, understand their blockers and pain points when it comes to growing their business.
  • Be a Leads.io expert: Understand our business and how internal factors impact client success.
  • Build and develop collaborative relationships with clients to share and analyse useful metrics, and formulate clear action plans for improvement.
  • Be a leader in the Account Success Team - set an example for the rest of the team in your candor and approach.
  • Drive internal improvements based on client feedback.
  • Have the ability to negotiate and drive better deals for Leads.io, which also work for the clients’ Return on Investment.

Requirements

Your qualifications

  • Proven experience in Account Management and / or Sales
  • Track record of revenue growth, expansion and retention
  • Commercial acumen with a growth mind-set
  • A passion for building and nurturing client relationships
  • A natural talent to thrive in a fast paced work environment, multi-tasking a number of different processes
