Position Summary

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Salesforce Developer / Consultantto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and enhance customer experience. You will act as both a technical expert and a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders through best practices in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, focusing on FSC-specific features like Financial Goals, Action Plans, and Life Events..
• Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and customise Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and platforms via APIs and middleware.
• Conduct system analysis, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior consultants and developers.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Domain knowledge inFinTech and Bankingis a strong plus.
• Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, etc.).
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and Git-based version control.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II and/or Salesforce Consultant certifications strongly preferred.
